“I commenced support with SHCS in 2020, initially receiving assistance twice a week for five hours per day. I now receive support twice daily, totalling five hours. Since beginning with SHCS, my experiences have been consistently positive. With their support, I have been able to travel throughout the South Coast and explore the Illawarra—opportunities I would not have been able to access without SHCS. Additionally, the support I receive assists me with all aspects of meal preparation and management, which I would not be able to manage independently.
