Service Coordinator - Home Care
We are seeking a confident and organised Service Coordinator to manage participant caseloads, oversee rostering and service continuity, handle incidents, and support workforce processes within our Home Care team.
This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm) with participation in on-call rotations. Employment is under the SCHADS Award with applicable allowances, travel reimbursement and access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
